- Duplicate payment or billing errors
- Service not as described at the time of purchase
- Request made within 7 days with minimal premium feature usage

- Request made after 15 days of purchase
- Significant usage of premium features (contacted 10+ profiles)
- Account suspended or terminated due to policy violations
- Change of mind after extensively using the service
- Found a match through our platform (success!)
