Is registration on MangalyaMatrimony free?
Yes. Creating a profile, uploading photos, browsing, sending interests and chatting are free. Paid plans add contact details and in-app video calls.
Is there a free premium offer for women?
Yes. Women get 7 days of free Silver premium as soon as they sign up — no card required — and 3 months of free Silver premium once their profile is 100% complete. When the free period ends, the account returns to Free unless a paid plan is purchased.
What is the difference between Silver, Gold and Platinum?
All three include in-app video calls. They differ in how many members' contact details you can view during the plan: Silver 10, Gold 25 and Platinum 50. Each is available for 3, 6 or 12 months.
Which payment methods are accepted?
UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, BHIM, Paytm), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking and digital wallets, processed securely by Razorpay. In the Android app you can also pay through Google Play.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase provided the premium features have not been used. Contact support@mangalyamatrimony.com for refund requests. Full policy at /refund.
What happens if I buy a plan while another is active?
You switch to the plan you bought, the new months are added on top of your remaining time, and your contact allowance never goes down.
Are video calls charged per minute?
No. Video calls are included with every paid plan (and the free premium for women) at no extra charge, up to 5 minutes a day.
